Pre-shark 🩸week really said ‘Be humble, sit down’ 🙃😭 Dumbbells? Heavy. Cables? Disrespectful. Strength? MIA. Back and bis had me seeing stars and questioning my entire gym career. But let’s be real—it’s not an L if I kept moving. Sometimes, you just gotta adjust the weight, take extra breaks, and keep it pushing. Gains are gains, even if they come with a side of struggle. 💪🏽😂

Sundays are for rest—whether it’s your soul, your body, or just recovering from life lifeing all week. 😩💆🏾‍♀️ In fitness, rest days are just as important as workout days—muscles need time to rebuild, and so do we. 🏋🏾‍♀️✨ And let’s be real… it’s Super Bowl Sunday, so some of us are ‘resting’ with wings and a plate full of good food. 😂🍗 Balance is key! It was supposed to be a mic’d up day and I started off explaining my workout but 🙄😒 Full body days always leave me 😮‍💨 but it be a nice feeling finishing strong 😏

1️⃣ Squat to Front Raise (3 sets, 10 reps)
2️⃣ Reverse Lunge to Press Ups (3 sets, 8 reps each leg)
3️⃣ RDL to Row (3 sets, 10-12 reps)
4️⃣ Woodchops (wayyyy better with cables) (3 sets, 10-12 reps)
5️⃣ A baddie 😏 DB Sn**ch Press (3 sets, 10 reps)
6️⃣ Squat to Press (3 sets, 12 reps)
7️⃣ Knee Tucks (3 sets, 12 reps)
8️⃣ Reverse Planks (30 sec)
