Death, limbo, and finally;
"life within... Our Eternal Garden"
Melody Pool- these three collaborations have rejuvenated my artistic spirit. The new album is incredible and I'd highly encourage everyone to put down as many distractions as possible to experience it in full. Light a candle, shut out the noise, let yourself feel it all. It's been a pleasure and a privilege to be involved with this journey, now you're off on a great adventure touring this album through Europe and we can't wait to have you back loaded with even more stories to tell.
Our incredible coven- watching you work, play and discover was such a strong lesson in trusting the process. The intimacy and bonds you've formed over these three videos is astounding; I feel so blessed that you trusted me to capture such an authentic ritual. You're strong, open and collaborative in ways that not many people get to experience. My job was easy- you all laid the path. Alessandra, Amanda, Bell, Bonnie, Claudia, Freia, Jane, Jess, Matilda, Ruby, Tara - you are ALL fu***ng super heroes.
Madi Madi- sometimes I get overwhelmed and lost for words or lose track of time. For this last shoot, you offered your help and presence. I'm so glad you did. Whenever those flustered moments came over me, I looked over to see you already standing in place where I would have asked you to go if I was able to string a sentence together. You've got "the eye" and your B-roll saved me many times over when putting this one together.
Chris- whether it was catching a wayward drone, bringing me water or the medication that I'd absent-mindedly left back at the house; you were always there, always walking and checking in. Our safety officer, our snake-watcher, our Orb Elvis. Thank you for always offering help when you had every reason to nap in the serenity of the cold midday sun.
I can't wait to see how the future unfolds. Many more adventures to come xo.
