Suman sa Lihiya Recipe❤️

Ingredients

-1kg malagkit na bigas
-2 tbsp Lihiya
-1 and 1/2 tsp salt
-Dahon ng saging
-Tubig

Procedure

-Hugasan ang malagkit na bigas
At ibabad sa tubig ng 3 hours
-after 3 hours alisin sa tubig i drained ng mabute
- lagyan ng lihiya ang malagkit around 2 tbsp at 1 and 1/2 tsp salt
- haluin mabute

i prepare ang dahon ng saging
-kailangan ang bawat pinilas na dahon ng saging ay may sukat na 8-10 inches na lapad
-punasan ito ng towel na medyo basa para luminis
-i darang sa apoy ang mga dahon isa isa para ito ay malanta at lumabas ang natural oil ng dahon ng saging
- mag gupit din ng mga maliit na dahon para sa pag lalagyan ng malagkit na bigas para pantay pantay ang sukat

Balutin na ang malagkit na bigas sa dahon
-ilatag ang malapad na sahon ng saging
- ilagay sa ibabaw nito ang maliit na dahon ng saging
- mag scoop ng 3 tbsp ng malagkit or depende sa laki ng suman na gusto mo.
- mejo siksikin ito kapag binalot para siksik din ang kalabasan ng suman mo.
-i fold bawat dulo ng maayos
-pag taklubin o pag yakapin ang 2 piraso ng suman at itali ito gamit ang cooking twine or kahit anong pang tali na pwede gamitin sa pg luluto
- itali ang mag kabilang dulo
- ulitin hanggang sa matapos ang proseso
Lutuin na ang mga suman
-sa isang kaldero ay maglagay ng dahon ng saging
-ilagay ng maayos ang nga suman at isalansan ng maayos
-lagyan ng tubig
-kailangan ay naka lubog ng maayos or naka cover ng tubig ang suman para maging pantay ang luto at nde ito mahilaw
-una ay lutuin ito ng 40 minutes medium heat
- hinaan ang apoy at lutuin pa ng 40 minutes.
Bali ang total cookin time ay 1 hour and 20 minutes
-i check kung ito ay luto na
-alisin na sa kaldero at palamigin

latik sauce

- pag samahin sa isang sauce pan ang 1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar, 2 cups kakang gata
-pakuluan ng 15 minutes
-lagyan ng slurry or 1 tbsp cornstarch na dissolved sa 5 tbsp ng water
-naglalagay aq ng slurry para mas mabilis itong maluto . At lumapot.❤️

KUTSINTA RECIPE

Ingredients :
Make 50 pcs kutsinta

1cup all purpose flour
1cup tapioca powder/cassava starch
1 cup brown sugar
3 cup warm water
1 teaspon lye water
1 teaspoon Pandan flavor
1 teaspoon asuete powder, dissolve in 1tbsp hot water
Grated coconut or cheese for toppings

Combine and whisk all purpose flour, tapioca powder, sugar and warm water.
Add pandan flavor and whisk again
Whisk well.
Sifted to remove lumbs and bubbles. Salain po para mawala Ang bubbles
Brushed kutsinta molder with oil. Put the batter and steamed 20minutes. Garnish With grated coconut or cheese. Serve and enjoy!!

Note:gusto pang negusyu double the ingredients..

Chiffon Cake Ingredients:
5 pcs eggyolk (medium size)
1 1/2cups cake flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1tbsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water or milk

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Meringue Ingredients:
5 pcs Egg whites
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

UBE HALAYA RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 kilo ube
2 cups kakang gata or coconut cream
1 cup sugar
1 can condensed (any brand)
1 can evap
1tsp salt
3 tbsp butter or margarine pwede ding wala.

Procedure:
Hugasan mabuti ang ube.
Ilagay sa kaldero lagyan ng tubig na nakalubog ang ube pakuluan ng 30 mins.check kung malambot na kung malambot na pwede na hanguin.palamigin muna bago tanggalin ang balat.
Yadyarin o i blender depende sa gusto nyo.
Pagkatapos yadyarin ihalo ang asukal at gatas na evap .
Isalang ang kawali ilagay ang gata pakuluin muna at ilagay ang niyadyad na ube.
Halu-haluin,iluto lamang sa mahinang apoy.
Ilagay ang condensed haluin ulit tapos ilagay ang salt.
Haluin lang ng haluin hanggang lumapot
Kapag malapot na pwede na patayin ang apoy.
ilagay ang 3 tbsp na butter.
Haluin ulit bago ilagay sa llanera

Kung gagawin nyo pong pangbenta

Homemade pizza recipe❤️

Ingredients:

For the Dough
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp oil

For the Toppings:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, sausage, etc.)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the flour, salt, and oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel.

4. **Add Toppings:**
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
