If you have a movement disorder like , stay active. Visit a Rock Steady Boxing gym near you.

Check out this short documentary/promo piece we produced for a Maryland-based organization. We drew structural inspiration from the Kobe Bryant documentary Dear Basketball. Instead of a love letter written to basketball (as with Bryant's short film), we had our main character (or subject) directly address what will be a life-long plight -- Parkinson's disease -- by sharing his feelings in letterform.

When asked if his movie came out the way he envisioned, film director Robert Altman had this to say:

“I wouldn’t know. Making a movie is like chipping away at a stone. You take a piece off here, you take a piece off there and when you’re finished, you have a sculpture. You know that there’s something in there, but you’re not sure exactly what it is until you find it.”

Geez. Good to know someone else feels the same way.
