This week, Connor looks at mental health. It’s a strange time at the moment, so even more reason to discuss this topic and create awareness.

He talks about how his own mental health has affected him during the pandemic, suggestions on how to help and not help your own mental health and a story highlighting how important listening and talking to someone in need can really be, even if you barely know them.
