🎮 GTA VI EXTENDED LOOK REVIEW — PART 3

One of the most impressive technical details in GTA VI is the excellent hair physics.

The characters’ hair no longer appears like a rigid object attached to the head. It moves naturally with body movement, wind and sudden changes in direction, while individual strands react realistically to the surrounding lighting.

This is particularly noticeable on Lucia and other characters with longer hairstyles. The natural weight, bounce and movement make the character models feel far more lifelike.

It may seem like a small detail, but realistic hair physics can significantly improve immersion—especially in a massive open-world game.

🎮 GTA VI EXTENDED LOOK REVIEW — PART 2

These driving sequences provide a clear look at GTA VI’s redesigned minimap.

Rockstar has retained the familiar bottom-left location, but the interface now appears cleaner and more modern. The rounded, translucent design occupies less screen space, while the bright pink GPS route remains easy to follow during driving.

It feels like a smart evolution of GTA’s classic HUD rather than an unnecessary complete redesign. The interface provides the essential navigation information without distracting from Vice City’s detailed environment.

Remember that the HUD could still change before the final release.

🎮 GTA VI EXTENDED LOOK REVIEW — PART 1

These two screenshots show exactly what I noticed while watching the presentation.

In the earlier parachuting sequence, the massive scale of Vice City is impressive, but the distant buildings, environment and overall image appear comparatively soft.

The later nightclub sequence looks noticeably more detailed. The character model, hair, skin, clothing, glass, reflections and neon lighting all appear much sharper and more polished.

There is a clear visual difference between these two sections. However, it is not a completely equal comparison: one is a wide daylight aerial scene, while the other is a close-up interior scene with dramatic lighting.

🚨 MY GTA VI EXTENDED GAMEPLAY REVIEW 🚨

There is a clear-cut difference in graphical detail between the earlier and later parts of the presentation. The opening section looks good, but the final part appears noticeably more detailed, polished and visually impressive.

The improved lighting, environments and overall image quality toward the end make it feel almost like footage from two different stages of development.
