Creature Friday! In some of the most exciting Gill-Man news in recent memory, our favorite Creature is getting an all new, official comic book tale: “The Creature from the Black Lagoon Lives”!
The first of four issues debuts on 4/24/24.

Written by & Dan Watters with art by and colors by , the central story follows a journalist as she ventures into the Amazon in search of a killer.

The rad covers seen in slides 2 and on are by the following amazing artists: , Joshua Middleton (3/4), , , and of course, ! The last slide is a glimpse into the book’s interiors but check out ’s page for the full reveal!

Personally, I’ve been pondering on my own “Creature” remake/sequel ideas for the better part of two decades now and seeing elements of those concepts unveiled here has got me over the Lagoon with glee.

So far, I received submissions from five different people and I know that’s not a big number but I’m surprised and grateful to get those!
If you want to send in any last minute submissions, get ‘em in! We’re going with a canine theme this time but it’s ok if you submission doesn’t exactly fit the theme
