The Ohio leg of tour is done and we’ve finally figured out what is in the air at the shows. No, it’s not what you think it is, you sicko. That feeling in the air is something called Collective Effervescence and it’s the idea of people vibing so hard together that the mood in the room is like a dr*g itself. It’s no wonder we all so good after getting together!

Our office flooded so we’ve set up shop at Jeri’s house. Maybe it was the moon, maybe it was the lionsgate portal, maybe it was the energy lobotomy we received moments before recording, but the vibes felt so right for this ep. We had so much fun learning about Australia last week that we decided to keep the fun going and dive deeper into the wild and wonderful creatures of the outback. Some are for sure dinosaurs, some are upsetting and at least one breathes out of its ass. If knowledge is power, consider this episode a half charged battery.

We’re cracking open the history books again and bringing the knowledge of the world to you once again. What’s on the lesson plan this week? If we gave you three guesses, you’d only get it right because of the title. After a usual 30 minutes of tangents, we’re telling the story of the Great Emu War....and if you’re thinking “there’s no way they mean a war with actual birds,” you’d be completely wrong.

Another baddie got stranded on an island because the people who she thought she could count on, took advantage of her and let her down. She’s and icon and she is the moment. She’s a real one we all know and love and her hair is so big because it’s full of secrets....it’s also made of snakes. That’s right, we’re talking about Medusa, ya’ll! Do you have to listen to us retell unimportant life events for the first 30 minutes? Sure, but what else is new?
