She followed her heart and quit dance! I couldn’t be prouder…and yet, my heart feels so many things.
I have so much to say! I’m so proud of this girl for setting a goal and dancing her heart out through her whole childhood. It has been such an incredible journey to witness—watching her work so hard and express herself so beautifully through the art of dance.
She has loved dancing, her studio, and her team so much. 🥹🙌💃🩰👯♀️
And now I’m just as proud of her for listening to herself and having the courage to step down when it felt right—even though it’s just before her senior year. 🤯
I’ve had mixed emotions. Deep ones. It reminds me so much of when Avia made the same kind of decision with cheer and how that brought up a sense of “did I enjoy it enough? Did I soak it in the way I should have?”
