The GALPAL Collective has been shortlisted for an IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year award for - Diversity & Inclusion Leader of the Year✨

To be recognised for our work alongside the other amazing nominees is an honour. We started this collective as first year college students with ambitions of bringing change to our industry. To create a space that celebrates the work of people that often goes unnoticed, and to support the new generation of creatives in Ireland and all the different stories that comes with that. It’s hard to believe all we have managed to achieve since then.

Thank you so much to .ie for this nomination and to everyone who has supported us so far, and congratulations to all the nominees

With love,
Aisha, Ashley, Oyin, Lulit 💓

🎂 The GALPAL Collective is 4! 🎂

We’ve gone through so many shifts and changes to bring us to where we are today and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who’s been a part of that journey! 🌟

Co-founders Ashley and Aisha started this when they were just 19, so to see how the work of the collective has grown and evolved brings us such joy. We’ve had so many wonderful and impactful collaborations, have run initiatives such as Writers Club, Directed by Her, Coffee Conversations, AJOYO and more. We’ve had the privilege of working with organisations such as Local Enterprise Offices, Screen Ireland, DIAGEO, GORM, South Dublin County Council, CnaM, Dublin International Film Festival to name a few. There’s still so much we want to do and to learn so we cannot wait to see what the future holds for this collective and the community around us! So THANK YOU 🌟💗

with love,

- Aisha, Ashley, Oyin, Lulit
