It’s not just a change in name; it’s a bold declaration of our commitment to helping each one of you to ‘be more,’ to grow Xponentially and be Xtraordinary in every aspect of your fitness journey.

Our ethos values of being whanau-focused, everyone is welcome, the vibes you know and love, our vision and purpose to give everyone that one moment in their day for themselves to be special, and that supportive community that pushes you to new heights—it’s all staying right here with us.

Studio-X is more than a name; it’s a symbol, the ‘X represents YOU and the next level of excellence we aspire to reach together.

Embrace the challenge, strive for the extraordinary, and let Studio-X be the canvas where your strength and conditioning journey takes on a whole new dimension.

Cape Kidnappers, Gannet Safaris Overland. What an amazing field trip at the HATA conference. Finishing off at the Te Mata Peak restaurant for the HATA BGM

INTERESTING FACTS:
1: The farm on Cape Kidnappers has an 11k predator fence.
2: The fence cost 1 Million dollars per km to build due to the cost of the chopper needed.
2: They estimate 300 plus kiwis now inhabit the area.
3: Gannets mate for life.
4: An adult gannet weighs about 2.5kgs but a gannet chick weighs double as it has to fly to Australia as a young bird, in one go, no stopovers and uses the stored fat and food for the journey.
5: Gannets can dive up to 70ft and on entering the water have inflating pockets of skin on their neck.
6: They also have a second eyelid that covers their eyes to protect them when they hit the water.
7: The Māori name for gannet is tākapu
