🚨BIG MAGIC KINGDOM NEWS!🏴‍☠️

We FINALLY have an opening date for The Beak and Barrel Tavern in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom!💫

It will officially open on August 29th, 2025 and reservations will open on August 14th, 2025!🏴‍☠️

Disney said that you will see nods from the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction as well as from the films!

The menu will feature tropical beverages and small bites for guests of all ages, which will include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a first for Magic Kingdom!

You can also expect sing-alongs, storytelling and other “enchanting surprises” to add to the fun atmosphere!

Some of the cocktails revealed are The Tresure Trove and the Cursed Treasure (non-alcoholic), as well as the Kraken’s Catch (made with an actual te****le!), the Salty Seas mARRRgarita, the Siren’s Whisper, the Barrels Ablaze, the Hibiscus Rum Punch Royale, just to name a few!🍹

They’ll also serve a selection of Wines and Exclusive Draft Beers.

For food, they teased the Cook’s Corn Griddle Cakes with melted cheese, lime sour cream, chili peppers and cotija cheese, YUM! As well as the Island Provisions shareable plate with plantain chips, blue corn tortilla chips, and toasted flatbread served with various dips, also YUM!

And it wouldn’t be a Disney opening without merch! Check out that Parrot shoulder plush, so fun!🦜

There will almost certainly be previews leading to the opening on the 29th of this month, so stay tuned!

🚨BIG HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS NEWS!✨

Animation Courtyard is getting some major updates! In 2026 Star Wars: Launch Bay will be reimagined into The Magic of Disney Animation!

The new space will be inspired by Disney’s Emmy Award winning short film “Once Upon A Studio”.

The premise of the space will be that the animator’s have stepped out, and in their absence, Disney characters have come to life.

The space will feature interactive elements where you’ll be able to learn how to draw characters, watch a short film, take part in interactive meet and greets and see portraits come to life!

There will also be an Alice in Wonderland themed playground inspired by concept art from legendary Disney Artist Mary Blair.

The front of the building will also see the return of the iconic Sorcerer’s Hat!

The refresh will also extend beyond The Magic of Disney Animation. The entire courtyard is receiving updates and will be taking inspiration from Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, including a fresh Disney Jr. show at the soundstage.

To make way for these exciting changes, Animation Courtyard and Disney Jr. Play and Dance will close on September 25th, 2025 - and will reopen sometime in 2026. The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure will remain open during the construction.

Wow! Hollywood Studios is getting a lot of attention in the coming years!

🚨TEST TRACK NEWS!🏁

We finally have an official opening date for the refreshed Test Track. It’ll officially open to all guests on July 22nd!💫

The attraction will feature a new score and new scenes that highlight technology and embracing the beauty that you can see when going for a drive.🚗

Disney Imagineering shared two reels teasing some of the changes:

The first puts an emphasis on taking a scenic drive. This scene will feature a canopy of trees and foliage and add some natural beauty to the attraction.🌳

The second showcases an indoor scene where imagineers used 29 000 light nodes that will use 2D, 3D, projected and emissive effects to bring life to this portion of the attraction. It looks SO COOL!💡

They also said there will be previews for Cast Members, Annual Passholders, DVC Members, Golden Oak residents and Club 33 Members ahead of the official opening.👀
