Pull Recap 👇🏻

Strength has been holding quite well with pull. I'm still gaining a rep here and there, so that's nice.

I've been pulling back load a bit on some movements that aggravate the shoulder and low back to finish out prep. I've also begun to add some very slight pauses at the end ranges of sketchy movements. Keeps intensity very high, but helps minimize load a bit.

Neutral Pulldown - 3x
T-Bar Row - 3x
Single Arm Cable Row - 2x
Rear Delt Pulldown - 3x
Baysian Curl - 3x
Lying Cable Curl - 2x MRM
Incline DB Hammer Curl - 2x
Posing, abs, and calves.

If you want to really make some serious progress, set a plan and stick to it. Don't cha get it.

Day in and day out do the same exercise selection.

Progress each individual exercise over time.

Some weeks, you will not progress. This does not mean you're not making progress.

Stick with it, and every couple weeks, it will progress.

Your body will not get a sufficient chance to adapt to each exercise. Stop trying to "TRICK" the muscle. That is bu****it. Your body is a creature of habit, treat it that way.

The progress has made in the last 38 weeks has been incredible. Yes, 38 weeks. This DOES NOT happen overnight! You have to put your time in to see real results!

Mackenzie came to me as a complete beginner in the gym (she did it the right way), looking to start training and learn everything related to training and nutrition.

We developed everything from the ground up. A solid foundation of habits. Proper technique with training. Proper nutrition strategies with tracking.
