I have noticed that many hiring managers aren't giving chances to fresh candidates or those willing to switch their field, even if they have good potential.

I observe that LinkedIn hiring managers are continuously posting the same jobs again and again. Needy candidates are frequently applying. Is this just for profile reach?

Employee: But I was only late by 10-15 minutes, and several days I worked late at night when required.
