RC2 Promotions presents the 2nd Annual Street Stock Showdown!

The 2nd Annual Street Stock Showdown will take place November 19th, 2022 from the virtual Irwindale Speedway. The event will feature 62 entrants who will fight to make it into the 30 car starting field to battle for $325 to win and $990 in overall prizes! Sign ups are open now, $20 entry fee.

NSRL Street Stock Series - Racing For B***s 125

Race day for the NSRL Street Stock Series! This week they head to Concord, NC to visit the half mile triangle of Concord Speedway with the Racing For B***s 125. Its Breast Cancer Awareness month and the NSRL encourages anyone that's able to, to make a donation to a breast cancer charity of your choice.
The series history at this track is very limited, with only 1 prior visit.
A three hour open practice was held last night to give the drivers time to get on track. Eight drivers arrived early enough to take advantage of the session. When the time expired, it was Dustin Shepard atop the speed charts with a lap of 16.924 seconds.

Heading into the 15th race of the season Dante Curtis holds a 61 point advantage over Bryan Hacker in the standings. Mike Alexander sits just 9 points further away from Hacker in 3rd with Ryan Johnson and Will Eastman rounding out the top 5.

Just a reminder - GFM will be partnering with RC2 Race promotions next weekend for their Alabama 500 June 24-26. 500 miles at Dega, with heat qualifying (if over 85 entries), Duels, and the actual race.

GFM is pleased to announce that we will be the broadcast team for the first annual Alabama 500! This event will take place on June 10th - June 12th and feature over $3000 in prize money (assuming a full 172 driver entry list.)

The event will feature qualifying on Friday, June 10th. Heats, an LCQ and two duels will run on Saturday to set the field for Sunday's 188 lap main event. The winner will take home a cool $1000. (Winner payout based on number of entries. Full estimated payout table can be found in the rule book.)
