Today I released my record “Mud” and holy s**t it feels like a weight off my chest. To say making this record was difficult would be putting it lightly. Some of the songs are brand new and raw some of the songs are so old they feel like covers. Like the track list, the process was non-linear, a few days of work then a few weeks or months away from it.
This was very much a learning experience for me, both as an artist and as a person. As frustrating or discouraging as it was at times, overall I’m thankful. I’m thankful to be done, thankful for all of my friends who helped me finish and thankful that I’m proud of the finished work.
I’m thankful for what I’ve learned and know that it’ll help me grow my relationship with my music for the better.
I hope you enjoy Mud, it’s your problem now. 🧌
Thank you again, so much, to everyone who worked on this s**te.
