🌍 The study visit took place in Greece and was organized by the IEK EUROTraining - ΙΕΚ Γιουροτρεινινγκ!

🔖 Our consortium partners shared best practices in social entrepreneurship and inclusiveness from their home countries, implemented in various contexts.

🪴 During the study visit, students also had the opportunity to explore social entrepreneurship business models, participate in training sessions and simulations
on promoting social entrepreneurship in vocational schools and learn about funding models for social enterprises.

🚀 The students also attended meetings with Greece-based startups and innovative businesses.

🌸 Celebrating Women’s Impact in Social Entrepreneurship 🌸

In March 2025, a national event was held at Lori Regional State College with over 90 participants, including students, faculty, and representatives from NGOs and public institutions. The event focused on women-led social enterprises and their transformative role in society.

We’ve received exciting news from our partner, the Business and Education Partnership Foundation (BEP)! While the first workshop, “International Experience of Legislative Regulation of Social Enterprises” on November 15, 2024, focused on the legal challenges of social enterprises in Armenia, the latest workshop takes things a step further.

The new event, “Creation and Development of Pupil/Student Companies,” held on January 16-17, 2025, aimed to foster entrepreneurial skills among students. Together with international experts, participants explored innovative approaches to developing student companies—an important step toward strengthening the connection between education and business!

🚀 Boosting Student Entrepreneurship! 🌍

On January 16-17, 2025, the Business and Education Association hosted a dynamic workshop under the Association Partnership Project. The focus was on the Creation and Development of Pupil/Student Companies—a vital initiative aimed at boosting entrepreneurial skills among students and fostering innovative educational practices.

Key highlights:
✅ International Expertise: Experts from around the world shared their insights on social media management, company development, and enhancing educational institutions’ visibility.
✅ Hands-on Sessions: Participants engaged in practical activities to improve the Teacher’s Handbook and create a media strategy to better promote student companies.
✅ Student Success: A student from a Student Company shared their journey, highlighting the positive impact of these companies on both learners and institutions.
✅ Looking Ahead: Group discussions focused on modernizing educational tools and aligning them with the new Law on Vocational Education and Training, ensuring long-term growth and international collaboration.

Our partner Centrul pentru Educație Antreprenorială şi Asistență în Afaceri - CEDA recently conducted a training for 120 teachers in Moldova, providing them with essential skills in social entrepreneurship. This training equips educators with the tools to integrate sustainable and inclusive concepts into their teaching practices, helping to shape the future of vocational education in the country.

Antreprenoriatul social, adaptat nevoilor învățământului profesional tehnic și explicat pe înțelesul profesorilor.

Recent, ca parte a proiectului S.E. VET, am organizat sesiuni de formare dedicate cadrelor didactice din instituțiile de Învățământ Profesional Tehnic pentru a le oferi abilități esențiale în antreprenoriatul social, o componentă tot mai importantă în educația de azi. Antreprenoriatul social poate deschide noi perspective pentru elevi și poate sprijini dezvoltarea sustenabilă și incluziunea socială.

Impactul a fost evident: 120 de cadre didactice au participat și au plecat cu idei și resurse noi pentru a promova și aplica conceptele de antreprenoriat social în clasele lor.

„Antreprenoriatul social oferă oportunități valoroase de creare a locurilor de muncă stabile și durabile, cu un impact deosebit pentru incluziunea persoanelor cu dizabilități,” a declarat dna Tatiana Caraman, profesoară la disciplina „Bazele Antreprenoriatului”.

CEDA, alături de partenerii din Italia, Grecia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Austria și Luxemburg, continuă să lucreze la dezvoltarea unui ghid despre antreprenoriat social în domeniul ingineresc. Acest ghid va combina principii teoretice și metode practice pentru integrarea antreprenoriatului social în curriculumul național, aducând valoare adăugată cursului „Bazele Antreprenoriatului”, sprijinind formarea unei generații de elevi cu un puternic spirit civic și antreprenorial.
