Most high-performing people share one thing in common, they mistake old mental patterns for personality traits.
The overthinking before a big decision. The self-doubt that shows up right when opportunity does. The same reaction in a different room, a different year, a different version of life.
NLP has a name for it: a conditioned programme. Running silently in the background, shaping responses before conscious thought even catches up.
The rewrite doesn't start with motivation or discipline.
It starts with one question: does this pattern still serve the person I'm becoming?
That's the work. And it's available to everyone willing to examine what they've been running on.
What's one pattern you've consciously interrupted? I'd genuinely like to know.
