2 restorative Yin classes taught this Saturday at The High Museum Atlanta. Thank you Craig M. Garrett for giving me the opportunity to teach in this beautiful space and thank you Carlton Mackey for creating this wonderful program. It did my heart good to bring LaFloy Flow Yoga to the High Museum!

LaFloy Flow Yoga is coming to the High Museum on 10/18. Two chances to participate in a gentle restorative practice with me (11:30am and 12:30pm, 45 minutes each). Let's breath, stretch and rest! I hope to see you there.

Yoga signups are first come, first served, and the tables will be active from 11:00-11:30 and 12:00-12:30.
