I’ve decided that turning 40 is only scary when you’re unhappy with life. I am beyond delighted with mine; my family, my friends and where I am right now. Life is only going to get better 💕✨🔆🙌🥳💪

This weeks sees a new edition of a morning stretch at the gorgeous .glasgow - a great way to move before starting your working day.

I’ll also be handing over the reins to seasonal yoga for the next 2 Saturdays to Lesley .yoga due to a few busy weekends!
