gotta love a little vlogmas ♥️

happy December friends!! last month of 2025 and my goal this month is presence ~ to the in between moments, to the people, the communities, the good & the hard moments, to myself, my relationships & my faith ♥️

I can’t promise a vlogmas everyday but yesterday was a really fun one and of course more vlogs to come!

I hope you allow your life to be bigger than you ever thought it could be. I hope you allow it to embody more beauty than you ever thought possible.

I hope you don’t get trapped by the small stories, the little ideas you had about what the future may be.

I hope you don’t long for the things you’ve outgrown just because they are familiar. I hope you don’t consider everything you lose to be a loss.

Thope you don’t cap your potential at what others have said ispossible.

Most of all, I hope you recognize the light when it bits you. I hope you let yourself do more than you ever thought you could.

✨ 12/2 Tuesday night Sunset Pilates with our amazing community — let’s start the last month of 2025 in the best way ♥️

Can’t wait to move with you all!

Here’s what’s going down:
💪 Pilates with
🥒 Pickleball with
🏌️‍♂️ Golf simulators + Boardroom social with
Come for one or jump into all three 🙌

What to bring:
💧 Water bottle + your own mat
🔥 Good vibes only

Heads up: Sometimes we add cold plunges + sauna sessions. If so, we’ll message ahead so you can bring a change of clothes!

we were prancing & dancing my friends ♥️

grateful today and everyday to be able to share my passion & joy with each of you

a bit of my message from our meditation moment today & I hope that you know I am here for each of you and thank you for being here for me ♥️

So often, we say that we wish we had known back then what we know now. We dream of returning to our pasts so we can make new choices. So we can live more fully.

So we can cherish what we had while we had it and love it all just a little bit more. But we can’t go back. And if we’re always dreaming of going back, we’re going to miss out on what we have right now.

And one day, today is the day we’ll be wishing we could return to-today is the day we’ll wish we had loved just a little bit more.

So this is what we can do: we can give this present moment our undivided attention. We can tell the people we love exactly how we feel while they’re here. We can take the risks we’ve been so afraid to take and choose bravery over backing down.

And every once in a while, we can step out of our thinking minds and into our feeling hearts.
We can be here, exactly where we are,
without always searching for something to change or fix.

And we can give this whole living thing our very best shot. Maybe we can’t go back and change the past, but we can create a present moment so beautiful that it doesn’t need to be changed
