🚨Abia Airport Project: Landowners Begin Receiving Compensation ✈️🚧

The Abia State Government has confirmed that over 3,500 landowners within the runway area of the Abia Airport project in Nsulu, Isiala Ngwa North have been paid compensation.

Chief of Staff, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, explained that delays for others were due to *bank or documentation issues, not neglect.

He assured that “everyone will be paid” and urged affected landowners to complete their indemnity forms.

The Commissioner for Lands, Mr. Chaka Chukwumerije, added that compensation for other areas will be completed by September 2025.💶

Host community leaders expressed satisfaction and pledged full support for the project.
