✨ The Raven Scholar ✨
🐦⬛ Which zodiac sign are you?
This was the best book I read last year. It's been a while since I've read something so compelling and fresh. (She's also a chonker at over 600 pages)
I was very invested in each character and their backstory, even during the brief prologue. There was so much action, plot twists, and a complex power struggle (very political, which I tend not to like, but didn't mind here). I also really enjoyed the incorporation of Chinese Zodiac lore — I don't see this very often in fantasy.
I can't wait for the sequel!
