We are excited to invite all women participants to participate in the *Asmita City League Yogasana Competition*, open to all enthusiastic practitioners in two age categories:
🔹 Under 18 years (31st Dec 2014 to 1st Jan 2007)
🔹 Above 18 years (31st Dec 2006 to 1st Jan 1970)
The cut-off date for calculation of age is 1st January 2005.

🗓️Competition Date and Time: 3rd Aug'2025, Starts at 9AM

📍 Venue: Badminton Hall, Peddem Sports Complex. Mapusa - Goa
