Ab Extra returns with a full day of underground treasures, international talent, and a strong focus on feminine presence in the scene. Expect raw energy, emotional weight, and a celebration of what moves us.
This year we’re thrilled to host Tercer Sol from Spain, following their Primavera Sound 2024 set and the release of their third album — a brighter, expansive take on their signature dark pop.
We’re also welcoming Expiry, the new project by Louis Forster (The Goon Sax). With haunting melodies and sharp songwriting, this band carries deep emotional weight and a timeless, no-frills sound that’s stuck with us since we first saw them live.
Retrofuture makes their long-awaited return for one special performance — the dark synth-pop outfit formed in Homerton in 2015, now reunited with members of Eel Men, Morreadoras, Putilatex, and drummer Shaun Clark, back from LA.
Local favourites Zeropolis bring their signature gloomy, danceable electronic post-punk, shaped by years in London’s DIY scene. Secrecy joins the bill with tightly wound, shadowy post-punk that’s urgent and fully formed.
To close the night: Analogue Bad Dog — Dom and Alec’s feral, gear-heavy EBM/techno project returns to bring the chaos they’re known for.
In the main room, DJs Morreadoras, Karl Crash, Less Than Human, and a surprise guest spinning punk and post-punk from Australia will keep the energy flowing.
A total celebration of the weird, the heartfelt, and the danceable. Join us.
