The unit has a private entrance with nice size front porch/balcony, big enough for a few chairs and plants.
The large living room has hardwood floors and cool vintage arched doorways.
Super cute kitchen with full size black appliances, updated cabinets and Gas Stove
This unit boasts 2 full baths with a huge bedroom and small office space.
The apartment has plenty of storage throughout and central air!

This is a cat friendly location.
There is off street parking and a shared yard.
This unit is available for an immediate move in!

water/sewer and trash paid by landlord. Tenant pays electric.
There will be a $25 monthly credit issued to offset the electric for the washer/dryer.

Pets may be welcome with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150. There is a limit of 2 cats per unit. A pet interview may be necessary.

Move in date could be as early as 7/13. Still working on the fresh paint and clean up.
