There are no words to describe the gratitude I feel for all the support for this year's Fentanyl Awareness Day walk.
From the people that attended and the families that shared their stories of loss to the corporate sponsors who believed in the importance of the message and the day.
I'm still processing.
I would like to sincerely thank the following: the City of Winnipeg and the Winnipeg Police Service for escorting us through downtown Winnipeg.
Larry Hobson for sharing the story his painful loss of his Son to one pill. Robyne Day, who for the first time shared the painful struggle of her son before Fentanyl took his life.
I know your pain, you are forever in my heart. Thank you.
