Just recently finished watching 2011 version. I had once watched the 1999 version a decade ago and was expecting it to be a remake with just better animations. Damn i was wrong.

Meruem is now one of my favourite characters of all times.

My top anime lists have been updated after watching this masterpiece. Just wow. The narration, the character depths, the flawless plotlines, the sense of adventure and freedom, the sense of justice and the value of life. There are so many things that justifies the excitement in each and every episode out there.

Characters like gon, kilua, hisoka, meruem are what I even watch anime for. Lets not forget the side characters, from neferpuito to netero, from ilumi to chrolo, each and every supporting cast is a banger on their own.

I was so overjoyed by the anime that I watched it twice, once in subbed and then in English dubbed. I wasn't expecting the dub to be better but damn was I wrong again. The narrators voice in dubbed is even better than that of the original. The main characters were a bit unique but I think hisokas dub artist really justified his character. Hats off. Gg

Wishing well to the author. Lets hope his health is no longer on a decline. Am eagerly waiting for season 7. And i dont think we will have it any sooner than 2028 unfortunately. Whatever it is, we the HXH lovers will be waiting gladly, eagerly waiting to be served with another masterpiece of a season.
