🐯 study

How it ended ➡️ How it started.

Still some fun experimenting on alcohol/acrylic markers. But now I know that this lil sketchbook I used is not THICK enough to prevent a lot of bleeding lol. Although, it still serves an important foundation for me to enjoy the trials and errors of it all 🙂‍↕️

February was the beginning of me diving into alcohol/acrylic markers (again lol) thanks to seeing reels/shorts. So there I was, searching back my old marker hoarding purchases (that has become semi-dried lol) & did some experimenting 🫡

Again, I just prefer the tactile feel of handling actual mediums although I do miss pressing undo/ctrl+z to undo some mistakes, which I subconsciously did while drawing these lmaoooo 😂

Yeah I still suck at coloring but just like with drawing, you gotta start somewhere 💪

Final note: I just love to post the before & after/timelapses of my digital drawings cause it’s so cathartic to see how it all started & sometimes ended way differently for better or worse lol. Anyways, what’s important is just to enjoy the process

23072025 - Final ➡️ Draft. Was feeling something when I listened to this song and then this happened. Kinda messed up the angel wing cause I wanted to try a different style but lesson learned lol.

The moment I saw this style, I knew it was from the Bravely Default artist

In distant corners of the world, beneath candlelight and the shadows of blossoms,
some laugh amidst joyful gatherings, while others remain silent in the clamor.
Yet the quiet threads of fate intertwine, drawing once-distant souls ever closer,
and weaving them into each other's gentle homecoming.

22072025 - Final ➡️ Draft. Just a quick sketch on sticky notes. Gotta trust the process 🙌
