1/2 cup (55g) Cornstarch
1 cup (300g) Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

For the Cookie Layers:
About 300g of chocolate chip cookies (store-bought or homemade)
About 3/4 cup (180g) Milk

For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:
2/3 cup (100g) Semi-sweet chocolate
