A squirrel in Colorado has tested positive for the bubonic plague.

The squirrel tested positive on July 11 in the town of Morrison, marking the first case of plague in the county this year, according to a news release from the Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) department.

The disease has been around for centuries and is responsible for the deadliest pandemic in human history. An estimated 50 million people in Europe died during the Black Death pandemic of the Middle Ages.

Family Prays At McDonald's, Food Miraculously Transforms Into Chick-Fil-A

Just moments after bowing their heads and speaking a few words of blessing over their meal at McDonald’s, the Michelson family opened their eyes to see their meal had miraculously transformed into Chick-fil-A food items, sources confirmed Tuesday.

Barely edible Chicken McNuggets became succulent, moist Chick-fil-A nuggets; flat, dry McChickens became delicious Chick-fil-A sandwiches; and the family’s drinks became rich, creamy milkshakes.

“Oh Lord, bless this food to our bodies, and help it to nourish us and bring us strength, Am—what the heck?!?” Mr. Michelson said as he saw his Big Mac had suddenly turned into a classic chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. “It’s a miracle! God be praised!”

What are farmers doing besides feeding the rest of us? A NASA satellite found some odd readings over the United States. Global warming proponents thought they were onto something. They were surprised to find this image was a manifestation of the force of farming in the United States. This satellite image shows the photosynthesis of America's 100 million acre Corn crop. Further research found the US corn crop, at it's peak, produces 40% more oxygen than the Amazon rain forest. Thank you farmers.
