It is with great pleasure we announce the next release on ISR. Presenting Prynox - Spiral LP

Coming at you from Bristol, England, Prynox brings you ‘Spiral’ - his latest effort in dubstep and 140. Along the way, he joins forces with Lysergene, Darksize, and Slikka MC. This is Prynox’s biggest release yet; being his first full-length album to be put out on a label.

His pick-n-mix approach to production will draw you in, condensing his fourteen-year-long experience as a producer into just ten tracks whose vibes range from the warm, dub-inspired comfort of ‘Hot Springs’ to the more callous and calculated neuro-esque ‘Run the Script’.

More spacious and atmospheric tracks like ‘Something Missing’ and ‘Too Late to Run’ offer a brooding and reflective feel, while ‘No Centre’ and ‘Armada’ see Prynox confer with his previously mentioned collaborators and brothers-in-arms. Time to ride the spiral. Where will it take you?"

L Nix, one of the masterminds behind Iron Shirt Recordings, returns with his most ambitious project to date, the highly anticipated Simulation LP.

Hailing from Nelson, BC, Canada, L Nix has been producing music since 2005 and immersed fully into dubstep by 2008. Over nearly two decades, he has established himself with forward-thinking sound design, and a steadfast commitment to the 140 ethos. As both an artist and label head, his vision continues to preserve and evolve the darker, more spacious side of the genre.

Spanning 16 tracks, Simulation LP embodies that vision with precision. L Nix weaves spacious drums, haunting melodic textures, and gritty reese basslines into a cohesive and immersive journey. The project captures the essence of deep, dark dubstep while pushing it into new territory. Adding further depth, the album includes three heavyweight remixes. New Zealand's Victim injects fresh energy into the 140 sound with a bold reinterpretation of Solace. Dubstep pioneer Leon Switch delivers a devastating rework of Tough It Out, showcasing his legendary touch. Lysergene, fresh off his Outer Worlds LP on ISR, transforms Husky into an otherworldly experience.

With its expansive track list, carefully curated remixes, and uncompromising sound design, Simulation LP stands as a milestone release for both L Nix and Iron Shirt Recordings.
