🎙️ Welcome to People of Northwest Arkansas 🎙

We’re the two Danielles — friends who met through our kids’ preschool and later collaborated when Danielle S voiced Danielle K’s documentary sizzle reel. (Or maybe it was the other way around... the timeline’s a blur, but the friendship stuck!)

Years down the road, we found ourselves on The Brock Radio Show and instantly clicked on air. So when Danielle K mentioned starting a podcast, Danielle S said a very enthusiastic yes!

We both share a deep love of storytelling and community. What began as a few creative conversations about purpose and connection has grown into an award-winning podcast now celebrating Season 3.

Each week, we sit down with the incredible people who make NWA shine — the dreamers, doers, and difference-makers whose stories remind us just how special this place truly is.

We laugh (a lot), we cry (sometimes), and we always leave inspired by the heart and humanity found right here at home.

🫶 Thank you for listening, sharing, and being part of this community with us. Here’s to Season 3 — and the stories still to come.

Bentonville’s own Allyson de la Housaye!

We loved chatting with Allyson about her journey from working on The Jerry Springer Show in Chicago to co-founding Women of Oz, and now producing her newest documentary, Ridge to River, a film following a 472-mile ride from the Ozarks to the Mississippi River.

Listen and learn more about Allyson’s incredible story and the impact she continues to make across Northwest Arkansas.
