[8:25 AM]. Flash flood warning for much of Ross County until 11:30 AM. Much of the region remains saturated after repeated rounds of heavy rain. It won't take much to create new flood problems. Widespread rain will exit the area by early afternoon, with a line of showers/storms with a frontal passage mid afternoon, but this line should be quick-moving.
