In this classic action, figure animation Spider-Man takes on the Green Goblin!

This is not AI. I’ve revamped the look and feel to closely resemble stop motion with crafty city, cardboard, assets, cotton ball, smoke and explosions and occasionally animating on twos.

I hope you all enjoy this. It was a blast putting it together. Thanks to Garthe Knighte for the Voice Acting!

What if a Blokees action figure could actually move? 🕷️

I 3D scanned my Blokees Spider-Man Marvel Rivals action figure, cleaned up the model in Blender, rigged it in AccuRIG, and animated Spidey running, jumping, and web-swinging through my miniature city.

Physical figure → 3D scan → digital rig → finished animation.

I finally opened my Hasbro Marvel Legends Retro Spider-Man action figure—and immediately turned him into a 3D model. 🕷️🔥

After waiting way too long to take this figure out of the package, I 3D scanned it, reviewed the scan and mesh, and brought the full-color model into Blender. That classic ’90s look and sculpted detail make this one an instant favorite.

From action figure to animation-ready 3D model. 💥

I got my hands on the Hasbro Marvel Legends Hulk Action Figure from Spider-Man: Brand New Day and I had to see how it would translate into 3D.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at 3D scanning the figure, reviewing the full-body scan and mesh, and preparing Hulk for a future animation. The shredded shirt and massive proportions made this one especially fun to capture.
