1 WEEK AGO! album release was damn fun! These guys collaborating with , on percussion and on sax and flute for a live band performance of this dancy album was one for the books. Opening up this magical night was .dome and setting the bar high for a multi-genre night of music. 😍

THANK YOU for all the support last night for 's release show yall! A little note from Elijah himself...

“Elijah here, sending out a heartfelt thank you to all the lovely people who attended last night’s record release party! It was a special evening indeed.

Filling up the Shrine Basement on a night blanketed in snow and calm felt very much like the DIY house shows we used to throw every weekend, way back in the day.

To those who braved the snowy roads, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to those who stayed home, away from the snowy roads, you chose well, and I could feel you there in spirit.

So many smiling faces brought me immense comfort during these turbulent times, and filled my cup way past the brim.

I have many people to thank.

Firstly, my exceptionally talented bandmates , , , , and .

I honestly feel like I have the best backing band in the entire world. Beyond lucky.

Thank you to for being the best merch person ever, and to everyone who purchased the new album.

It’s been a labor of love bringing “Un******ng in the Wind” into fruition, and I’m so relieved to have it roaming free. I hope everyone finds something to enjoy in it.

Available in a beautiful cassette or CD, "Un******ng In The Wind" is a gem of an album that is only now seeing a broader light of day. This collection of songs was originally recorded between 2004-2008 and part of two separate albums called, "Goth Congress" and "Botanical Remnants". The original recordings were then given as Christmas gifts to close friends and family. This group of 13 beautiful songs has been reworked from the perspective of time passed. With the help of dear friends, layers of instrumentation have been added to a revised and re-envisioned album that almost no one has heard until now.

This collection of songs was originally recorded between 2004-2008 and part of two separate albums called, "Goth Congress" and "Botanical Remnants". The original recordings were then given as Christmas gifts to close friends and family. This group of 13 beautiful songs have been reworked from the perspective of time passed. With the help of dear friends, layers of instrumentation have been added to a revised and re-envisioned album that almost no one has heard until now.

🎶🎞 NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO 🎞🎶

In With Child's Come Near Me we are reminded of the power of friendship. The song's nylon-stringed acoustic guitar softly weaves its way through the shuffling rhythm, drawing us closer to a place where everything feels alright. The lyrics speak with a melodic wisdom, unfolding with a sense of surrender and renewal. Elijah Jensen-Lindsey's tender and comforting vocals intertwine in poetic counterpoints inviting us to embrace connection.

Come Near Me carries longing and peace so effortlessly, it feels like a meditation. Its closing lines — "Bless me with the growth of growing trees and the roots dug in the ground" — are an affirmation of connection in the vastness of existence. While embracing love is a radical choice in a time that dehumanizes us with violence and profit, "Come Near Me" feels as fundamental as a baby blanket, held for comfort and kept as reminder of childlike joy.

⛰️🎶 It is our pleasure at Moon Ruins to release into the world latest song, “Now the Time is New”. It is a gentle reminder that progress is ahead of us and that reassuring message is delivered through vocals that feel like a warm embrace from an old friend. What starts out as a lovingly low-fi folk song blooms into a marching bouquet of drums, call and response vocals, and lovely keyboard melodies that crescendo into xylophone and over-driven guitars. With Child shows us once again how it feels to feel good.
