What do AAPI adults think about taxes?
• Most support tax cuts for lower-income households (59%) and middle-income households (57%)
• Most oppose tax cuts for higher-income households (66%)

Even higher-income AAPIs believe in more government support, not less.

• 63% worry about rising student loan debt
• 57% are concerned about free speech restrictions on campus
• 56% are worried about cuts to university research funding

Only 12% support eliminating federal agencies — compared to 23% of the general public.

AAPI communities understand that federal workers help deliver essential services — and want better government, not a weaker one.

• 72% cite corruption as a major issue
• 68% point to inefficiency
• 61% are concerned about red tape

Yet only 30% see civil servants resisting the president’s agenda as a major problem — similar to the general population (34%).
