Hey everyone, here is what I shared with the FTNCI prayer team this week:

Instead of an FTNCI prayer request I’ll share a praise report.

I want to thank you for following our project and especially say thank you to the people who are helping in getting the word out about the book “Redeeming the West.”

Please join me in thanking God for the blessing of being around such encouraging people and for the value of community—and especially the value of truth pursued with others who make you better.

We might be right or wrong about one or another thing in the book. We gave it our best. We think it is good. But the value of a project like FTNCI is not ultimately in whether we are all in total agreement, but in our shared commitment to the ongoing pursuit of truth.

The book is going to be a tool for helping generate discussions and for helping people think through questions that sometimes eat away at us or tempt us to “show up” as less than God made us to be.

I want to express my deep appreciation for you who have been praying for me and the team and for what we are up to.
