You have to try this super easy protein granola recipe! You can eat it as cereal, put it on yogurt or even on ice cream. I will definitely have this one on repeat!

Ingredients
1 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup date syrup (or any syrup, adjust
sweetness to taste)
1 scoop of ISO100 protein powder
½ cup raisins
¾ cup mixed nuts of choice
¾ cup mixed seeds

Nuts
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup walnuts

Seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds

Directions
🔹Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
🔹Add oats, chopped nuts, seeds, protein powder, and date syrup to a bowl. Mix well.
🔹Air fryer: 285°F for 15-20 mins, stirring
every 3-5 mins until crisp.
🔹Oven: 320°F for 20-25 mins, stirring halfway.
🔹Let cool completely, then add raisins and
lastly store in an airtight jar.

You guys kept asking so here it is. My go to dinner salad recipe that I eat every time I want to get leaner and it works every time.

Greek Salad & Chicken
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1/4 Red onion
1 Green onion
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Basalmic Glaze
Feta cheese
AirFried Chicken Breast

This week I’m implementing a 3 day juice fast with limit food. The more I learn about the body and nutrition I realize that the body just needs to reset sometimes. It needs more fruits and vegetables at it purest form. It’s medicine that your body needs. Use whichever one suits you best! I’m doing 3 of these a day.

Detox & Clear Skin Juice
Ingredients:
* 1 large cucumber
* 1 green apple
* 6 celery stalks
* 1 bunch kale or 2 cups spinach
* 2 lemons (peeled)
* 1(2-inch) piece of fresh ginger (peeled)

Energy & Blood Flow Juice
Ingredients:
* 1 medium beets
* 2 medium carrots
* 1 large apple
* ½ lemon, peeled
* 1-inch k**b of fresh ginger

Immunity Boost & Glow Juice
Ingredients:
* 3 Navel Oranges
* 3 Carrot
* 3 Lemon
* 1 Tbsp Fresh Turmeric
* 2-3 Tbsp Honey
* 1-2 inch Fresh Ginger
* 1 cup of Water

Cinnamon Banana Protein French Toast

Ingredients:
* 1 scoop of ISO100 cinnamon cereal - 25g of protein
* Cinnamon powder
* 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 large eggs
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 large mashed banana

Toppings
* Sliced bananas
* Walnuts
* Maple syrup
