Arroz a la Cubana

It's seldom we find fresh Saba bananas here. I grabbed the opportunity to cook it with stir fried ground pork and crispy fried egg to make Arroz a la Cubana. I like mine with a little heat, so I added chili garlic sauce.

Sausage Ragu with Linguine Pasta and on the side Cheesy Garlic Toast

Inspired from one of our go-to for quick bite italian resto in Manila, Bistro Ravioli. My wife's favorite pasta (minus the olives and capers. 🤣)

It's pasta with a pizza bite to it. It plays with your mind a bit especially when you follow it through with the cheesy garlic toast.
