We have all been there. We have all fallen for the bad contract, the bad job, the bad relationship, the bad decision. I’m working on switching out bad/good for aligned/not aligned.

The truth is every day our eyes open we have another chance, a clean canvas, a fresh start at moving towards what is aligned and away from old patterns, misaligned relationships and destructive behaviors. I hope you tune in, and if you like what you hear, would appreciate you sharing it. Along with some amazing curated music, I’ll be taking bits from “the artists way” by Julia Cameron, 1 chapter a month, so if you have ever been interested in that, or like me who has started it a half dozen times but never completed, here’s your chance to follow along-with me.
