And one of the simplest ways for our children to feel seen and heard is to spend “need nothing” time with them. Make time daily to be close, available, curious without interrogating, listen more than you talk. Create time and space to JUST BE with them. No lectures or talks or have-to’s, just togetherness. Enter their world, their way. 5-15 minutes/day works wonders!
