It is estimated that 1 in 5 Australians are affected by Mental Illness each year. And 1 in 2 Australians will struggle with mental health during their lifetime.

This weekend the LCFNL is holding a Mental Health Awareness Round. Our Football and Netball clubs will wear green armbands in support of mental health awareness.

Let's start the conversation and break the stigma around mental health and mental illness 💚

This round is the initiative of Luke Thomson in conjunction with LT- Let’s Talk Podcast.
