This post is for you to place in the comments of any post alleging the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan was illegal and without due process.

Attached is the criminal complaint signed by a federal judge that authorizes her arrest.

1⃣Admin warrants are for ICE and CBP. They authorize the legal arrest of the alleged criminal (in public locations such as stated in the criminal affidavit against Dugan) to be brought before an immigration judge. They are legal arrest warrants, she interfered with the arrest.

2⃣The judges signature on the complaint converts the agent’s affidavit into an official charging document and authorizes law-enforcement officers nationwide to seize the defendant

3⃣ A federal judge found probable cause to arrest Dugan for breaking federal law, otherwise the judge would not have signed the complaint.
