Ingredients and recipe:

Salmon - 400 g.
olive oil
Butter - 15 g.
Onion - 1/2 piece.
White wine - 100 g.
Cream - 200 g. (30 - 33% fat content)
Parmesan cheese - 30 g.
Spinach - 40 g.
Lemon.
Salt.
Black pepper.

First fry the fish for 1-2 minutes on each side and remove.
Sauté the onions for 2 minutes.
We add wine, cream and cheese, we mix the spinach and spread the fish.
We cook in the sauce for another 1 minute.

Recipe:

Chicken thighs – 1 piece
Potatoes – 400g
Carrots – 150g
Onion – 1 pc.
Dried garlic – ½ tsp.
Salt – 2/3 tsp.
Soft processed cheese – 100 g
Parsley – 5 g
Cheese balls:
Semi-hard cheese – 100 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Flour – 50 g
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt
Cook the chicken thighs for 30 minutes until tender
Sauté the onion for 5 minutes
Saute carrots and onions for 5 minutes
Remove the meat from the leg and cut it (behind the scenes)
Add potatoes to the broth and cook for 10 minutes
Add the roast and cook for 10 minutes
Put the meat in it
add melted cheese
Place cheese balls in it
and let cook for another 5 minutes
Add parsley

10 chicken legs
1 teaspoon salt.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon ginger powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1 egg.
Add to the chicken wings and marinate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes
2 tablespoons flour.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
200 ml oil for frying.
Fry over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Then reduce the heat and fry for another 5 to 7 minutes.

Sauce:
1-2 tomatoes.
1 sweet red pepper.
parsley or coriander.
2-3 cloves of garlic
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Salt.
Italian herbs.

For breading:
* Flour - 2-3 st. l.
* Egg - 2 pieces.
* Breadcrumbs - 2-3 pcs. l.

Fry until golden brown.

Chicken 750 gr
Onion 1 piece
1 piece of Bulgarian pepper
Parsley 10 gr
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt, black pepper, paprika, spicy pepper to taste

For salad
1 piece of tomato
Red onion 1 piece
coriander 5-6 gr,
Salt 0.5 teaspoon
Paprika 3/1 tea/L
Black pepper to taste
To fry
Vegetable oil 10 ml
Onion 1 piece,
Pita 0.5 pieces
we remove the formed pieces in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then fry on each side over medium heat for 7 minutes
