Here’s another quick and easy meal! There’s also 1lb of hamburger meat (I just forgot to put it in the picture)
Cook Mac and cheese as directed!
Cook hamburger meat in a separate skillet-once cooked add all your cans and seasoning! Then add your Mac and cheese. Finished!
🟣 This could easily feed a family of 4- if you want to make a smaller portion take a box of Mac and cheese out!🟣
🔴Total cost for meal around $17-$18🔴 you will definitely have left overs!

So giving out a soup recipe.
Dice 6 potatos
Dice 1 white onion
Add one whole thing of beef stock
Cook in your crock pot for about an hour before adding the following ingredients:
One can of carrots
One can of corn
One can of peas
If you can afford fresh veggies, use as much as you want.
Season with paprika, Salt, pepper, cumin, parsley, Italian seasoning,and Garlic salt.
Cook hamburger meat separately.
Once meat is cooked add to soup and stir.
Let simmer for an hour or more if you used fresh veggies, or until you are to hungry to wait any more so you end up scalding your mouth while tasting it😅
Enjoy your tasty soup.
I'm calling it Poor Cowboy Soup, or maybe Shoot I burned my tongue soup😂

What's everyone having for dinner⁉️
Tonight I'm making Mexican taco pasta quick 5 ingredient meal!

Recipe: For family of 4
Hamburger 1lb
Cook meat until done then drain
Season with taco season 1 packet
Add 1 jar of salsa to meat
Cook pasta separately, once done add cooked pasta to meat and salsa mixture.
Top with shredded cheese of your choice. Stir together until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!

𝟱 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆!
𝙲𝚑𝚎𝚎𝚜𝚢 𝚖𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚊 𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚒 𝚋𝚊𝚔𝚎!
I bought:
1- Bag of cheese tortellini /$3.57
1- Jar of Roasted Garlic sauce /$2.48
1- box of cream cheese /$1.68
1- block of mozzarella cheese /$3.98
(You could just buy a bag!)
1- pound of hamburger meat /$3.84
Optional breadsticks or garlic bread : /$2.54
Under $20. Fed 4 adults with leftovers!
Directions:
•Shred cheese (if you bought a bag ignore this step)
•In a cast iron (or any other oven safe pan) cook your hamburger meat, i seasoned it with salt/pepper/garlic powder/Italian seasoning. •Drain grease once done.
•Stir in the jar of sauce.
•add block of cream cheese and mix in, let simmer.
In separate pan:
•boil water
•cook tortellini according to bag
Once tortellini is done add it into the sauce mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and a dash of Italian seasoning.
Bake for about 10 mins @350 degrees

Hot Dog Chili - Michelle Boo Cupp
5 lbs lean hamburger meat
3 pkgs McCormick chili mix in packets.
(I use mild)
2 med cans tomato sauce
1 can water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper

Put hamburger meat in a kettle and cover over with water. Breaking up really fine with your hands. Continue to break apart with spoon as it comes to a boil and all the pink leaves the meat. Drain well. Add spices, tomato sauce and water. Cook down for about an hour. Stir occasionally.

Cabbage Soup

This is very healthy and so delicious 😋

Ingredients:
1 large cabbage.
2 small onions diced
2 cans stewed tomatoes.
1 bag of any flavor lipton onion soup mix.
1 large celery chopped very small.
Ground Beef

Directions:
1.) Fill up a big pan halfway with water bring to a boil, then add Veggies, then let simmer.
2.) Cook 1 to 2 lbs of hamburger separately drain any grease.
3.) Add any spices you love and Lipton soup mix.
4.) Add meat, let simmer a few more minutes then enjoy 😋
This soup is great for us all, especially on rainy days!

🌮 🚨 Crescent roll taco bake 1/2 chicken 1/2 beef

Preheat to 350
Roll out crescent roll flatten and stretch
Cook 8 mins pull out and set aside.
Turn oven to low or 180 degrees ..

Cook hamburger and chicken separately or just one or the other.. add your own taco seasoning or a Walmart Taco Bell packet (my kids love the mild one)
After cooked fill your cooked crescent sheet with 3/4 can of refried black beans spread evenly then add meat evenly , next we add fiesta blend cheese and queso fresco ( the crumbly Mexican cheese) 🤤 return to oven at 180 degrees for 5-7
Mins pull out and top
We did lettuce, onion, tomato, black olive, jalapeños , sour cream, guacamole and a little more of both cheeses and add hot sauce and pico if you like a little more spice 🌶

Quick and easy meal
1 box of scallop potatoes
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 can of cream of potato
Pack of bacon
Shredded cheese

Cook hamburger meat with onions and seasonings of your choice. Drain when meat is fully cooked.
Mix can of cream potatoes with hamburger meat.
In a 13x9 in pan put your uncooked scallop potatoes in the bottom of the pan.
Mix sauce pack in a separate bowl as directed on the box.
Spread hamburger meat and cream of potato mixture over the uncooked scallops.
Pour sauce mixture over the top.
Cook uncovered on 350 for 25 mins
While in the oven cut up your bacon into pieces and cook, set to the side when done.
After 25 mins remove pan from the oven, top with bacon pieces and shredded cheese.
Put back in the oven for 10 mins

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 boneless pork butt or picnic shoulder about 3 pounds
2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup water
1 package hamburger buns
For the North Carolina BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablepsoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcesterchire sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and the dry spices together. Massage the mixture into the pork, cover, and let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours or up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Lay pork on a rack insert fitted inside a roasting pan just large enough to fit the meat into, just high enough so the pork is sitting above the cooking liquid. Pour in apple juice and water, cover pan tightly with foil, and slow roast for 5 hours. Remove foil and cook for another 30 minutes, until pork is brown outside and meat is basically falling apart.
Remove from the oven, place on a platter and let the meat cool for 15 minutes. Using two forks or your fingers, shred the meat into chunks. Add the drippings back into the pork and stir. Transfer to a serving bowl for serving, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. To reheat bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or on a camp fire for 1/2 hour in a dutch oven or camp pot in the ashen coals.
Ladle a serving of meat on a warm bun and serve with coleslaw, pickles and BBQ sauce.

RECIPE OF THE WEEK 👩‍🍳
(Hamburger Patties: Grilled or Stovetop)
Ingredients:
1kg Meat Royal Ground Beef Mince
½ cup of Jungle oats
1 large egg
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Set out a large mixing bowl. Add in the beef mince, jungle oats, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix by hand until the meat mixture is very smooth.
Press the meat down in the bowl, into an even disk. Use a knife to cut and divide the hamburger patty mixture, grill or skillet patties, or 12 thin griddle patties.
Set out a baking sheet, lined with wax paper or foil, to hold the patties. One at a time, gather the patty mix and press firmly into patties. Shape them just slightly larger than the buns you plan to use, to account for shrinkage during cooking. Set the patties on the baking sheet. Use a spoon to press a dent in the center of each patty so they don't puff up as they cook. If you need to stack the patties separate them with a sheet of wax paper.
Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium heat.
(Approximately 180 degrees celcius)
For thick patties: Grill or fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side.
For thin patties: Cook on the griddle for 2 minutes per side.
Stack the hot patties on hamburgers buns, and top with your favorite hamburgers toppings. Serve warm.
Notes
Homemade hamburger patties will keep well tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOE'S 😍
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small yellow onion diced
1 small green pepper diced
8 oz cremini mushrooms diced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 to 4 tbsp A1 sauce depending on how strong you want the flavor
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup beef broth
8 oz provolone cheese sliced
6 sesame seed bakery hamburger buns
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat add ground beef and cook while breaking apart until no longer pink. Drain grease.
Return beef to the skillet then add onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until onions are tender.
In a small separate bowl combine beef broth and cornstarch. Whisk until no lumps remain. Pour broth over meat and stir well.
Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, A1 sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Let cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 5 minutes.
TIP: The A1 sauce has a strong flavor. Start with 2 tbsp sauce and increase to 4 tbsp if you want your meat mixture to be bolder in flavor.
Turn off the heat to the burner. Add sliced provolone cheese to the top of the beef and allow to melt.
Serve meat and cheese mixture on sesame seed hamburger buns.
