This is non negotiable for me (and I wish more people knew about it)

Red light therapy helps improve mitochondrial function. You may remember from high school science class that mitochondria are the “power house” of our cells that produce energy (ATP)

Use of red light therapy can also help reduce wrinkles, boost collagen production, diminish scars, aid in muscle repair, wound healing, AND regulate serotonin (the happy hormone) - oh and I also can IMPROVE thyroid function AND hair growth!

All in all it’s AMAZING, and I use mine everyday!

My absolute favorite brand is FDA approved AND it’s on sale!

No, I’m not crazy….

Doing this exercise activates your parasympathetic nervous system which will instantly calm and reduce anxiety!

You can perform 2-3 times in a row up to 2-3 times a day! I do recommend daily practice for 6 weeks to see the best results!

Remember it can take 30-90 seconds to stimulate a yawn, sigh, or swallow

Work smarter, NOT harder ⬇️

When my brain gets tired and my nervous system is fried, there is one thing that always helps in record time - red light therapy

Your long term fix to dysregulation ⬇️

The auricular branch of the vagus nerve is easily stimulated by massaging/pulling on your ear.

I taught my mom this technique and it’s one of her absolute favorites (and it WORKS)

Long term regulation starts in small moments like this but CONSISTENCY will give you long term results like:

✅better sleep
✅ improved stress tolerance
✅ lower anxiety.

There’s nothing worse than not sleeping…

Anxiety and insomnia are besties for the resties. Where one is, the other usually follows!

Use this sleepy time mocktail 1-2 hours before bedtime to wind down beat insomnia!

- 1/2 cup tart cherry juice (this helps melatonin production)
- dilute with sparking water (I prefer spring water) I usually fill the rest of the glass up with water. Tart cherry juice is TART and I like to water it down quite a bit
- 1 tsp magnesium powder
- Mix and enjoy!
