This is non negotiable for me (and I wish more people knew about it)

Red light therapy helps improve mitochondrial function. You may remember from high school science class that mitochondria are the “power house” of our cells that produce energy (ATP)

Use of red light therapy can also help reduce wrinkles, boost collagen production, diminish scars, aid in muscle repair, wound healing, AND regulate serotonin (the happy hormone)

Recently but daughter got a BAD infection in her leg. It was really scary. I got her in front of my red light once a day and overnight there were HUGE improvements.

All in all it’s AMAZING, and I use mine everyday!

My absolute favorite brand is FDA approved AND 50% for Mother’s Day ❤️

I “hacked” my brain by using a simple device to stimulate my hypothalamus- the part of the brain that controls sleep/wake cycles.

The result was astounding. After getting restorative sleep I woke up RESTED (wild, I know)

But how the heck do you get good sleep?

I struggled for YEARS with insomnia. I tried everything: melatonin, Benadryl, no TV before bed… it all failed.

Until I started using device to regulate my circadian rhythm.

Total. Game. Changer!

My an anxiety is at an all time low because I’m getting the sleep I NEED so I can be the person I WANT to be.

It did but the I was in a viscous cycle of sleeping ok and then not really sleeping at all.

Until I found something that makes a lasting difference! Using a device to stimulate my hypothalamus reset my circadian rhythm and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.

Low sleep was affecting every aspect of my life. But that’s ok as long as I’m crushing goals right?

Wrong. Without good sleep my body wasn’t recovering, my mind was foggy, and I didn’t want to do anything.

Then I started using a device to stimulate my hypothalamus to help my body reset my circadian rhythm.

Instant. Game. Changer.

It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for my sleep!
