Anxiety needs to be released….

So does anger, frustration, grief, sadness, and anything else you’re feeling.

Holding it in will cause you to be dysregulated, overwhelmed, and stressed out!

You can use these 4 sounds to help release your emotions and regulate your nervous system, helps you feel more centered, present, and at PEACE….

Nervous system is so simple but when you’re starting out it can be overwhelming (and confusing) which just makes for more stress!

The one time I didn’t trust Amazon….

and I’m a BIG Amazon shopper but I just wasn’t convinced I would get what I needed there.

So I chose the more expensive, FDA approved device and I KNEW would bring results.

- I didn’t regret it when my mood and sleep improved
- I didn’t regret it when it helped heal a gnarly scrape on my daughters leg
- I sure didn’t regret it when my back and neck pain got better
- My mom didn’t regret it when she used it for her fibromyalgia (and healing from knee surgery)

This is non negotiable for me (and I wish more people knew about it)

Red light therapy helps improve mitochondrial function. You may remember from high school science class that mitochondria are the “power house” of our cells that produce energy (ATP)

Use of red light therapy can also help reduce wrinkles, boost collagen production, diminish scars, aid in muscle repair, wound healing, AND regulate serotonin (the happy hormone)

All in all it’s AMAZING, and I use mine everyday!

My absolute favorite brand is FDA approved AND it’s on sale!

Spoilet alert: The first photo was BEFORE pregnancy #2 weight gain

I noticed my cheek bones looked sharper, but I didn’t realize the stark contrast until I looked at my professional work photo from 2020 (I immediately booked a time to get a new one taken)

In 2023, I started learning about the nervous system and started taking small sustainable steps toward better regulation (we’re talking 5-10 minutes a day)

Now, in 2025 my face shape is completely different.

Stress, anxiety, and the state of our nervous system ALWAYS has an effect on our body!
