Iowa Trapper and I have a demo Friday night at the FTA in Spencer Iowa last weekend in July. Our demo is going to be about production raccoon trapping. Often people think certain sets or baits are the keys to catching numbers, but it is often the very small things that streamline efficiency to maximize production. These small things are what we will be largely discussing. Hope to see a lot of you there!

Finally some good news for the Trapping YouTube channels!

As many of you know, I was demonitized back in December of 2024, and given a 3 month suspension period. With that, I continued to do what I do and post videos, refusing to be silenced by the antis. Stick with it folks today I was able to reapply and Next Gen Trapper is fully monetized once again.

Stick with it everyone, they cannot silence us just by taking our monetization away, that’s what they want. Figured I’d share the news, keep pushin and hopefully this holds on!

Been on the grind lately! I always enjoy winding down the season and spending months in the shed making the animals I harvested look the best I can! Got a long ways to go but it’s a good start!

Happy New Year! 2 days ago, I was able to reach my goal of 3000 raccoon for the season. It was a long and hard fought season with some crazy weather swings, but we adapted and covered more ground than ever before and finally after just under two full months we reached 3000.

I want to thank everyone who follows along and continues to support me whether through YouTube, Facebook, or in person. Yalls support is appreciated more than you know! The support I receive helps me keep pushing and grinding even when the going gets gets tough, I’m forever grateful for all of you and look forward to future years!

Currently at 3043 raccoon for the season, and that is a wrap on going after them hard. We are going to change things up a bit and give something else a go for the next week or so, I’m looking forward to something different for a week!

Had an amazing catch yesterday, my first cinnimon phase raccoon!!! Years ago I caught a blonde phase, little did I know it would take more than 6200 raccoons before I would catch another color phase!
