So I tried to post a gif I made here and on FB. The gif is clearly satire. Apparently, you are not allowed to post Hi**er's likeness anywhere on the Meta family of social media apps. It wasn't even allowed on my own private profile feed to my friends.

So Gov. Kotek has plans to try and fix Portland.

Waiting for all the people who complain about Portland to reject those plans. They want things fixed but they turn their noses up at proposed solutions. We see this played out whenever and wherever a SafeRest village is built.
